Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 5-6 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items such as socks or customized products are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at support@shoeflick.in with your order details and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the product back.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped by us.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes inspection.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5-6 days after approval in original Payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, follow the return process and place a new order once your return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear images of the damage for a prompt resolution.
